Swiss Chard Morning Mix Smoothie
Yield 1 1/2 cups
2 large leafs of Chards (red)
1 cup of raw almond milk (unsweetened)
1 medium red banana
1/2 cup raw walnuts
1/2 pitted avocado
1 pitted date
1 tablespoon of Moringa powder
Blend it all thoroughly (I let my high speed Ninja run 30-45ish
seconds).
